Hours: 37 hours per week Term time plus 10 days to be worked during school holidays
Salary: £26564.20 to £28210.86 per annum (actual salary)

We have an outstanding opportunity for an Office Manager based at East Ardsley Primary Academy.  Working closely with the Principal, you will provide an efficient and effective administrative support service to the school.  This role is pivotal to the smooth running of the school and requires high levels of responsibility and autonomy.  You will be responsible for managing the Administration Assistant.  The post offers challenge, reward and role development for the right candidate. You will have the opportunity to work with other professionals across the Trust.

East Ardsley Primary Academy is a two-form entry school in the middle of the local community. Who are we looking for?

The scope of this role is wide ranging and you will therefore need the ability to take on different tasks and challenges on a daily basis ensuring that you plan, organise and prioritise effectively.  You will undertake a range of administrative tasks from arranging meetings to liaising with parents, processing changes for payroll, updating records and systems, analysing data and producing reports and information. 

You will have experience of developing, managing and operating administrative and organisational systems and be proficient in the use of IT packages such as Word and Excel.  You will be a good communicator who can liaise with a variety of people from parents to pupils to those who work for outside agencies, at all times dealing positively with those you come into contact with.
