Leodis Academies Trust is a successful Multi Academy Trust with five schools in the South Leeds area. In alignment with our continued growth, we are looking for a proficient individual who will deliver as a PA, a professional service and effective administration to the CEO Principal, Chief Finance Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO). Reporting to the CEO Principal you will be integral in providing them and the Executive team support, through co-ordinating and administrating Governance arrangements and delivering a service that is high-quality, executive, personal and confidential.
Who are we looking for?
As an efficient and proactive Personal Assistant, you will utilise your skills with Microsoft Office to organise your work effectively, whilst providing a professional and effective service to the CEO Principal, CFO and COO. As a personable individual, you will provide a professional welcome and hospitality to all visitors.
As an integral PA support to the CEO Principal, CFO and COO, you will work proactively to co-ordinate diaries, ensuring meetings are organised effectively, and provide a high-quality administrative service of all office duties. Using your prioritisation skills, you will respond to enquiries from a wide range of internal and external contacts. Using your working knowledge of writing reports and researching information, you will collate documentation and draft reports on behalf of the CEO Principal, CFO and COO.
In supporting Governance, you will work closely with the COO to co-ordinate Governance arrangements for the Board of Trustees and Members. You will work collaboratively with the Chair, CEO Principal and COO to prepare focused agendas for governance meetings across the Trust.
