Hill Top Primary Academy is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our happy and successful team. We have recently been judged by Ofsted as ‘Good’.
We require a Teaching Assistant who will work Mon-Fri under the guidance of the Class Teacher. This role will include an element of lunchtime duties.
The successful candidate will be able to work across the school from Nursery to Year 6. This is a temporary contract in the first instance, but may become permanent.

The successful candidate will be committed to inclusive practices, support the class teacher to ensure children make excellent progress and have the ability to work successfully as part of a team. You will also be able to support children with appropriate interventions that have a positive impact on learning and have high expectations of behaviour and achievement. You will be able to work under guidance of the teacher with small groups or whole classes.
You will need to hold a Level 3 in childcare or equivalent qualification to undertake this role.
